Hero is a 1983 Indian Hindi movie by Subhash Ghai starring Jackie Shroff, Meenakshi Sheshadri, Bindu, Shakti Kapoor, Shammi Kapoor, Sanjeev Kumar, and Amrish Puri. The movie strikes a chord mainly because of good direction and a super hit old hindi songs like "Ding Dong" and "Tu mera janoo hai" are just two of the melodious numbers that still remain hummable even after all these years.
